Menopause & Malarkey is my love letter to every woman rebuilding, rediscovering, or just refusing to give up. I write about dating apps and aging, confidence and chaos, the bittersweet beauty of getting older, and why laughter is still the best revenge.

I’m Heather — part realist, part romantic, full-time chaos curator. I’ve survived dial-up internet, low-rise jeans, and modern dating apps, and somehow still believe in love’s stubborn persistence. I’ve loved — and lost — deeply, and learned that joy always finds its way back — sometimes disguised as laughter when you need it most.

These stories are my way of keeping that light alive — one laugh, one lesson, one leap of faith at a time.
